Dear ADTI, My family and I wish to thank you for the great tour of the Grand Canyon, last week. I called last Tuesday night and spoke with the nicest gentleman. He told me you were booked for Wednesday but Thursday was open. He was so customer service oriented. On Thursday, we were picked up from the Flagstaff Visitor's Center by a very pleasant young man. I am kicking myself even now for not getting his name. There were 3 of us from KS with 5 from Wisconsin and 5 from Las Vegas. He is a nursing student and has a tenth month old baby boy(We have five different guides with American Dream Tours who have babies!!!!!). I hope this is enough info to let you know who our guide was. He was outstanding. Very personable, informative, and laid back enough to let us do our own thing from time to time. We enjoyed the day so much that we are planning a trip for June of 2007. (4-19-05) Our Grand Canyon tour guide, he did a spectacular job providing us with tons of information about the area as well as trying to make the day exactly what we wanted it to be. We give him kudos for dancing around the weather. It was no easy task for him to juggle our schedule as we drove thru snow. When we arrived at the canyon you could stand at the edge and see nothing in front of you. Drew worked with us to do some of our indoor sightseeing and well as have lunch, while we hoped the weather would clear. It paid off and we had great views of the canyon. I am recommending American Dream tours to friends who would like to visit the Grand Canyon. It was so worth it!! Thanks Again. He used all his past experience with the goal of giving us a good day. He filled us in on lots of Grand Canyon and Arizona trivia and information. When we reached the Grand Canyon shots, I realized I had never contacted your company to let you know how happy we were with the Grand Canyon tour. The Luftop Family Dear Kevin, We had simply a fabulous time yesterday on our Grand Canyon tour. Our guide is obviously very knowledgeable and enjoys his work in the Grand Canyon and with people! When I asked him about stopping at the Visitors Center, he seemed more than happy to accommodate our request. He gave us a nice overview of the exhibits there and explained further about the Colorado Plateau and the areas surrounding the Grand Canyon. We learned far more than would be possible going it alone!
